Repair or replace?
If the problem is in one area, a targeted repair is usually the most cost-effective fix. If rust is widespread, sheets are thin or leaks keep coming back, patching just delays the inevitable. In that case we’ll explain the options and quote a full re-roof so you can compare. We’ll always tell you honestly which makes more sense.
