How we work with builders
1. Quote from plans
Send through your plans and specs. We take off quantities and return an itemised quote, with colours and profiles confirmed against the selections sheet.
2. Lock in the program
We book roofing into your build program and confirm a few days out, so you can line up the following trades with confidence.
3. Install to spec
Roofs are installed to manufacturer specifications and the wind rating for the site, with our own crew and site-specific SWMS.
4. Clean handover
Offcuts and rubbish removed, magnetic sweep done, and completion photos and any documentation you need for the client file.
Volume and repeat work
Whether you build a few homes a year or run multiple sites at once, we’re happy to set up ongoing pricing and a single point of contact for your supervisors.
